The doctors are really, really good but they have an unbelievable attitude towards the patients and their parents. Their relationship with the patient is so so bad!!!!! Firstly, they don’t even introduce themselves. Secondly, if the parent asks for the child diagnosis: they will literally shout at you, saying : how many times do i need to repeat myself? As a 31 year old mother, i felt like being in school and the teacher shouting at me for asking a question. Unbelievable!!! The nurses when they come and give the antibiotics to the kids at 5.30 am , are turning the really strong lights on without any sense of sympathy for the little sick people who need sleep!!
